Highly recommended for family trips
The room service was really good, I remember one evening I got hungry late and they brought me a delicious pizza faster than I expected, topping it perfectly.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly worth it for the experience.

The ambiance at the Hilton Chennai was good, with a fantastic breakfast spread featuring freshly squeezed juices and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, although a bit worn. The team was proactive in addressing concerns, switching my room promptly, which I appreciated. A lovely experience.

Very nice, Very nice, Very nice
I had the most very nice experience! The breakfast buffet was a good spread of both Indian and international dishes that had me saying 'yum' every bite. The staff treated us like family, especially Sai, who made our mornings lovely with his warm conversations!

great access to temples and parks for city walk lovers
I loved the quick walks to beautiful spots like the Kamakshi Amman Temple, just about 1.5 km away, and the peaceful Children's Park, about 2 km from the hotel. Both made my morning strolls good and nice while enjoying Chennai's vibrant atmosphere.

I appreciated the elegant decor throughout Hilton Chennai, particularly in the lobby and dining areas. The hotel's accessibility made it convenient for me to navigate comfortably without any hassle.
More seating areas would be helpful for seniors.

Ambience, friendliness, efficiency
On my first day a very strong (and unpleasant smell) pervaded the whole floor where I was staying. The smell was coming from either a garbage dump or possibly derived from the tanning industry, surely carried by the wind. While I understand that the circumstance is not within your control, it is sad that a splendid hotel be occasionally marred by such unpleasantness.
